Volunteer with us! Being a volunteer allows you the opportunity to shop FIRST before we open to the public! Volunteering is ALOT of fun- it's a great break from the kids and a fun way to meet and hang out with other moms! We love our volunteers and couldn't do it without them! If you are interested in helping with our sale please read through the following options and fill out the informational form below. You'll find the link to sign up for volunteer shifts below!
Work at Home help Prior to Sale Week:
We need a group of 5-6 volunteers to stuff our goody bags with advertiser coupons. If you have a group of friends that would be interested in this job please let us know, this qualifies all involved volunteers for the "Volunteer Sale". This need has been filled.
Help During Sale Week: We need help during the week of the sale. Responsibilities can include receiving items, organizing merchandise, assisting customers and sorting clothing after the sale. Work one 4 hour shift to qualify for our Volunteer Sale. Work 8 hours to qualify for our Super Volunteer Sale, or 20 hours to qualify for our Early Bird Sale. Those workers who sign up for our Saturday night sorting shift will also be given the opportunity to shop our Half Off Preview Sale early. This shift will be filled on a first-come first-served basis, space is limited!
Assist with Printing/Reproduction: If you have access to a copy machine and can make 500 copies on colored paper you will qualify for our Volunteer Sale. Copies must be made on colored paper, cut to size (either in half or quarters) and delivered or mailed to a pre-determined person. Please note: The 500 copies are the "pre-cut" amount, depending on the flyer we send you the final number of flyers would be 1,000 or 2,000.

Early Bird Volunteer Sale: (20 or more hours required)
Tuesday, February 28th 1:30-5:30pm
SUPER Volunteer Sale: (at least 8 hours required)
Tuesday, February 28th 2pm-5:30pm
Volunteer Sale: (at least 4 hours required)
Tuesday, February 28th 3pm-5:30pm
Half Off Preview Sale (at least 4 hours required)
Friday, March 2nd *4-6pm
*those working one of our Saturday night or Sunday sorting shifts can check out at 3:00pm during our Half Off Preview Sale.
* For safety reasons, children are not allowed during a volunteer shift.
* At home work options cannot exceed the 8 hours, additional hours may be added in sale week shifts to qualify for the 20 hour sale.
* Snacks and drinks are provided for volunteers. Dinner is only provided during our Saturday evening sorting shift. Work our Saturday evening or Sunday sorting shift and we'll waive your $5 consignor fee!
We appreciate our volunteers and strive to keep the volunteer sale a special perk for volunteers, without taking away from the Preview Sale for our consignors. Therefore we only use a limited number of volunteers. We give first consideration to those who have worked with us over the past years, then as needed we move to our list of those interested. Please understand if you are not contacted to volunteer for this sale.
