Consignors may pick up their consignor check and any items that did not sell. We will not be open between 1:00-4:00pm. Any items not picked up by 6:00pm will be donated and the consignor check will be mailed.

CLOTHING
Upgraded quality, no discount store brands. We do NOT accept Walmart, Kmart, Big Lots or Dollar Store brand clothing. We do accept Target clothing that is current style and in very good condition. Spring/Summer clothing– CURRENT STYLE ONLY. Maximum of 125 clothing items. Don't forget about Easter clothing, swimsuits and activity wear such as leotards!
Newborn-12 months sizes, limited to 20 items per gender per size increment.

Hang all clothing with open end of hanger pointing to the left, like a question mark.
(as you hold item in front of you). Hang your string tag with a safety pin, by the string so it dangles. The tag should be pinned onto the right shoulder of the garment as you hold the item in front of you.

How to Price
Pricing depends on an item's condition and brand, but typically an item should be priced at 1/4-1/3 of retail value.
TOYS, FURNITURE, BABY ITEMS & PLAY EQUIPMENT
All Items Must:
Be clean & have all parts, include batteries & instructions, be tagged with code, price & description, toys 1/2 price on Saturday (it is helpful to go ahead and tag all toys with a colored tag to make it clear to customers they are half off on Saturday)
Baggies are a great way to consolidate small parts and tape to larger toys, but please make sure ALL BAGGIES ARE TAPED CLOSED AND HAVE YOUR CODE ON THE BAG!
Items Not Accepted:
Car seats, car seat bases, drop side cribs, wrinkled clothes or clothes with odor, junk type toys in ziplocks, kid's meal toys and books, baby blankets in ziplocks, mattresses, diaper genies, potty chairs, onesies, underwear, stuffed animals, baby bottles, bibs, free hospital diaper bags, small nursery decor items or maternity clothing. We will continue to be very selective in small room decor items (picture frames, trinkets, etc.) We cannot accept clothing or items personalized with names, but can accept a single letter monogram.
Tagging Instructions:
We are excited to offer an optional new method of computer generated tagging this year! A great way to prepare your string tags is to use TagIt. We have tried this program ourselves and it makes tagging alot more fun! This is a software program that saves you time by printing tags and helps you track your inventory. Visit www.tagityourself.com to learn more. There is even a short video to help you learn about the program. This is actually a computer software program geared for consignors, not online tagging. TagIt also provides a free download of our "sale profile" for use with the software. The "sale profile" makes sure that information is placed correctly on printed return address size labels that you will then place on your string tag. The "Tag It" computer program is a totally optional way to create your tags for the sale. You may also hand-write tags to these specifications:

to donate an item that doesn't sell.
Tag each item with applicable tag:
WHITE– Full price for entire sale
COLOR– Full price Tues.-Fri; 1/2 price on Saturday
Tag with string tags safety pinned by the string onto clothing (so tag can be cut easily) to the left shoulder seam (heart side), this is the right side if you are facing the garment. These tags are inexpensive to purchase and available in large quantities at Walmart, Target, office supply stores and many other places. If you cannot find colored tags it is fine to highlight your white tags. Write clearly on one side of tag only. DO NOT USE RED INK! Do not use small gold safety pins or metal tags. Indicate the following on the tags:
Price in increments of $1.00. Do not price anything less than $1.00
Use number sizes only– not small, medium, large
On the inside neck area of clothing, please place a piece of masking tape with your CODE ONLY. This will help us to identify any clothing if the string tag were to come loose. This is a necessary step in the tagging process.
Clothing tagged inappropriately or incompletely cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to price items without tags.
**If you consign with multiple consignment sales your items MUST be re-tagged for our sale using our guidelines and your assigned code. It is confusing to shoppers and during checkout if there is more than one tag or code on an item.**
SHOES
Very Good Condition only
Attach string tag with code, size & price, use colored tag
Masking tape on bottom of each shoe with code, size & price.
Tie laces or connect together
All shoes 1/2 price on Saturday (it is helpful to go ahead and tag your shoes with a colored tag so this is clear to the customer)
TOYS & EQUIPMENT
Bikes, Kitchens, Play Houses, Slides, Dollhouses, Games, Puzzles, Books, Videos, Trucks, Strollers, High Chairs, Playpens, Bedding, Furniture, lots of other applicable children's items:
*These items must be CLEAN, in good working condition and have all parts.
*Include instructions for large toys & equipment.
*Battery operated toys/equipment must have working batteries with them.
*Place small toys/pieces & puzzles in labeled baggies that are securely taped shut 
with packing tape. Be sure your code is listed on all pieces that could come apart.
*Include covers with all videos/DVDs
*Please make sure all videos/DVD's are in good working condition, no scratches. Please also be sure the CORRECT video is in the case. No one wants a child to be disappointed when their new video is wrong or doesn't work!
*Items must include ALL pieces. Please be courteous and double check before appointment.
*Please pump up bike tires.
Tags should be securely taped to item and be safety pinned to soft items. Hard items do not need a string tag, you can use a different type of tag or simply cut an index card to size and write your code, price and description onto the tag and tape down. If you do use a string tag for toys, equipment, books, etc. please be sure you tape the tag down as well. These items are often stacked and tags can easily rip off.
Tag should include description along with code and price.
It is not necessary to use a string tag on toys.
If toys have several pieces it is helpful to write your code on the different pieces that may become separated. Use packing tape and baggies to secure items together.
All toys, books, shoes and videos/DVDs are automatically reduced to half price during our half price sale. Please use colored tags on these items so shoppers are not confused.
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
No stuffed animals, baby bottles, bibs, plain onesies, diaper genies or potties of any kind. If it has touched poopy we don't want it! No free hospital diaper bags, kid’s meal books or toys. Room decor items will be very limited.
No car seats or mattresses can be sold.

Drop off Information:
Please be prompt & have all items ready
We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to really secure all toy's parts together. Packing tape and ziplock baggies work very well. Make sure all baggies are taped closed and also have your code written on the bag. Your code should be placed on all pieces that could become separated.
Sort by gender & size, then rubber band hangers together (Example: rubber band hangers for all boys sizes 3T).

We are not responsible for items separated from tags. We reserve the right to refuse any items. ALL SALES FINAL.
Half Off Items:
During our half price sale all items with a colored tag will be reduced to half price. The following items will AUTOMATICALLY be reduced to half price during our half price sale, regardless of their tag color:
Shoes, toys, books, videos, dvds, room decor, bedding, accessories (socks, tights, etc.), purses, lunch boxes, backpacks, hats.
Helpful Hints!
* Keep extra child size hangers throughout the year so you won't have to buy them at consignment time.
* Vinyl/plastic bags that items such as comforters and sheets are sold in work great for packaging up toys with many pieces (just remember to tape your bag shut).
* A layer of plastic wrap followed by some packing tape is a handy way to package puzzles without damaging the puzzle with tape.
* Small items may be grouped together and priced as one, for example rubber band several books together, or place several hair bows in a ziplock bag.
* Keep all of your tagging supplies in one handy box (white tags, colored tags, highlighter, pen, safety pens, masking tape, scissors, packing tape, ziplock bags). You'll be surprised at how quickly tagging goes!
* Purchase your tags early as they may become harder to find as the sale approaches. String tags are sold at Walmart, Target etc. with the office supplies. At office supply stores such as Staples, string tags are located on the retail aisle.
* Use colored tags to sell more items!
* When shopping at our sale remember to bring a laundry basket to collect all of those great deals!
